Booking Policies
We have limited space and high demand; please make sure to read our Cancellation and Refund Policies before making any payments.
We accept cash and all major Credit Cards through PayPal, we don’t accept checks.
Lunch and Dinners can be prepared for you; the average cost is $12.00 for Lunch and $15.00 for Dinner per person
Cancelation Policies
We will refund 100% of your deposit if your cancellation reaches us 7 days before your arrival date 50% if we receive your Cancellation Notice at least 3 days before your arrival date. For any cancellation made within 72 hours or No shows there will be NO refunds.

Costa Rica has a 13.5% IVA Tax and we charge a 3% Community Fee to assist the locals with their education, safety and town needs.
Breakfast is included; you may order any type of breakfast, including cereals, eggs, pancakes, bacon, ham, hash browns, tomatoes, bread, butter, jelly and jams. Our drinks include milk, coffee, tea, fruits, and juices. We do not serve over sugared products such as Doughnuts, unhealthy muffins or anything that contains over 10 grams of sugar per serving.
Please let us know at check in of any special needs.
You as our client are always right, but give us the benefit of your commentaries. Do not leave us thinking that we have done a good job if we have not. Let us know either way.
Our employees’ progress depends on your satisfaction; it is OK to tip the staff, as a rule of thumb the tip should be 15% or whatever you feel the service was worth. Let us know if you wish us to add the tip to your bill.
Your tips go into a common fund and are distributed to ALL employees, we are a team and we work as a team.
